Annual General Meeting
Thursday 16th July 2020, 7.30pm
Online Zoom Meeting
Due to the current Covid 19 situation, we will be organising an Online AGM Meeting this year. A link will be sent out nearer the time so that you can join the meeting for a chance to find out more about the Club and to have your say on any Matters Arising.
The New Committee will be voted in and if you would like to be considered for a role, we have the following vacancies to fill:
Volunteer/Fund Raising Co-ordinator
Club Respect Officer
Town Link Officer
Football Development Officer
General Committee Members

Great to have an HTJFC Committee meeting by Zoom tonight and discuss plans for getting back to training and for next season.
We’ve got a lot of work to do, in line with FA guidance, to ensure our training arrangements are as safe as possible, but we very much hope to have some training for all teams in July.

Further to the government's announcement last night and advice from the league, matches have already been suspended and we have taken the decision to cancel training for the foreseeable future, with immediate effect. We appreciate that this is disappointing for players and parents, however, it is our responsibility to follow guidelines in order to protect the vulnerable members of our community and do our part to help reduce the pressure on the NHS.
